Application for tree works
Works to trees subject to a tree preservation order (TPO) or S211 notification of proposed works to trees in conservation areas.
Please use this checklist to ensure that the form has been completed correctly and that all relevant information is submitted.
For works to trees protected by a TPO, failure to supply sufficiently precise and detailed information may result in your application may be delayed, you may be asked to submit additional information, or it may be returned to you. We encourage you to submit all applications online via the Planning Portal. You must provide the following:

- Local Planning Authorities (LPA) will usually require the work to comply with BS 3998 recommendations for tree work

Details of replacement planting (if applying to fell a tree).
