This form should be used to make an application for non-material amendments to an existing planning permission.
Following a grant of planning permission, it may be necessary to make amendments to the permission. Where these are non-material, this form can be used to apply. Whether or not a proposed amendment is non-material will depend on the circumstances of the case, a change which may be non-material in one case could be material in another.

The application form is available on the Planning Portal. To access it, sign in, select ‘start new application’, then select the desired application.

Common exemptions
- It is for alterations, extensions etc. to a dwelling house for the benefit of a registered disabled person (please provide evidence from the DWP that the applicant is registered as being disabled).
