Government legislation and policy may have changed since the Listed Buildings SPD was adopted in 2009. References relating to permitted development or the need for planning permission should be clarified using the Government's Planning Portal or with the Planning Duty Officer.
Adoption of the Listed Buildings SPD
The Listed Buildings SPD was adopted by South Cambridgeshire District Council in July 2009.

Public consultation on the draft SPD took place from 27 February to 14 April 2009.
