The Ridgeons Site Development Framework Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) is designed to guide the re-development of the site for housing and provides greater detail to support the delivery of the Ridgeons site.
Adoption of the Ridgeons Site SPD
The Ridgeons Site Development Framework SPD was adopted by Cambridge City Council in December 2018.
Public consultation on the draft SPD took place from 18 January to 7 March 2016.
