The New Museums Site Development Framework SPD is a framework to help co-ordinate and guide future redevelopment of the site that is located between Trumpington Street and St Andrews Street.

The New Museums Site Development Framework SPD was adopted by Cambridge City Council in December 2018.
Public consultation on the draft PD took place from 13 July to 7 September 2016.
