The Mitcham’s Corner Development Framework Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) seeks to manage change in the Mitcham's Corner area by providing a framework to help in the preparation and assessment of planning applications within the area.

The Mitcham's Corner Development Framework SPD was adopted by Cambridge City Council in December 2018.
Public consultation on the draft SPD took place from 5 September to 17 October 2016.
