South Cambridgeshire District Council has been granted a High Court injunction under s187B of the Town and Country Planning Act for land West of Moor Drove, Histon, Cambridgeshire. The injunction was grated at the High Court in London on Wednesday 3 June 2026.
The yearlong injunction is to prevent any further development, other works or caravans on the land west of Moor Drove and to require the removal of all caravans brought on after an interim injunction was served on Monday 25 May 2026. This follows an investigation into development activities taking place over the late May bank holiday weekend. The Council will now take steps to ensure that activities on the site comply with the court’s ruling.
Documents relating to the yearlong injunction, granted on Wednesday 3 June 2026, will be added to this webpage shortly.
