The Local Development Scheme is a timetable for the production of new or revised documents that set out the planning policy framework for Greater Cambridge. It is designed to help community members and other stakeholders understand the plans we have and intend to produce.  

The Local Development Scheme [PDF, 0.3MB] sets out the timetable for the preparation of the Greater Cambridge Local Plan.

The latest timetable was adopted in November 2025.
