Join us for a Planning Update on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus

Local residents and stakeholders are invited to attend a Planning Update event to discuss the latest developments and future plans for the Cambridge Biomedical Campus and its surrounding areas. This event provides an opportunity to engage directly with key organisations, learn about ongoing projects and have your questions answered. 

Event Details:

Date & Time: Wednesday 23 October, 6pm - 7:30pm 
In person at 1000 Discovery Drive, off Dame Mary Archer Way Arrivals: From 5:45pm for a prompt 6pm start. 
Or join online via YouTube live stream.

What's on the agenda? 

Attendees will hear directly from representatives of organisations responsible for various initiatives, including:

  • The CBC Landowners Forum - Their long-term development and expansion aspirations. 
  • JMS on behalf of Network Rail - Update on the new Cambridge South Station. 
  • Greater Cambridge Partnership - Cambridge South East Transport (CSET) and Greenway projects. 
  • Greater Cambridge Shared Planning (GCSP) - latest on current proposals and an update on the Local Plan and guidance document. 

Additional Information:

Parking: Car Park 2 is the closest (approximately a 2-minute walk). 
Cycle Parking: Available outside the building. 

Note: The venue is brand new and may not yet appear on Google Maps or Streetview. 

No registration is required to attend. A recording of the event will be available on our website afterwards for those unable to join in person or online.
