Rebecca is an experienced Planning Manager with a demonstrated history of working in local government with almost 30 years of local government experience. Most recently Rebecca has worked within Development Management at several London Boroughs but also has experience in districts within Essex and Lincolnshire. She is skilled in Development Management in the Public Sector as well as Performance Management and Transformation Projects.  

Rebecca is a strong operations professional with a MSc in Town Planning from Anglia Ruskin University and a BSc in City and Regional Planning from Cardiff University (UWCC). Rebecca currently oversees the West Team in DM for both Council as well as the Compliance Team.
