With over 20 years’ experience of plan making in the Cambridge area, Jonathan has worked on a wide range of plan making issues and helped to bring forward a range of major developments.  

He led on a range of topics through the Local Plan Examination, which resulted in the adoption of sound local plans in 2018 including: transport, economic development and sustainability appraisal. He is now managing delivery of the Greater Cambridge Local Plan, the first joint local plan for Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire.
