Place making and quality outcomes for our residents, businesses and the environment, and supporting our teams to do this. 

Jane is a highly motivated and experienced manager, and qualified town planner. Jane has 30 years’ experience and focused from an early stage in her career on planning and delivering new communities (3,000-10,000 homes) and working collaboratively with partners. In the Greater Cambridge area, Jane was involved in the delivery of Cambourne and planning for Northstowe and many of the Cambridge Urban Extensions. 

Jane has held a number of planning positions and management roles and currently heads up a large team of specialist technical officers across a range of disciplines: Conservation, Landscape, Arboriculture, Ecology, Urban Design, and Environmental Sustainability. She has a particular interest in establishing and developing teams and change management. 

Jane holds membership of RTPI and IHBC and during lockdown completed an ILM Diploma (Level 5) in Leadership and Management.
